I just moved to the area and decided to give this location a chance. I was horribly mistaken to trust this location making an... order for me and my wife. It has taken them over an hour to get my order to take out, but I and they made a mistake with theorder where someone else picked it up or had it delivered. I do not recommend this location. Ordered through the app, I waited an hour & a half before finally calling in only to hear that they cancelled my order without... telling me or updating their system. Placed an order last week. Estimated time 27-37 min. It took about an 90min. They dropped off the wrong food. Had another house... number on the box,definitely not mine, kids wont eat it. Seal thing missing from 1 box. The manager Jefferson was nice. Offeredto send the right food but I had to take the kids to sports so he just refunded the money. That's fine had a late dinner afterit happens. Today called to place an order and was left on hold decided to drive there. Left on hold for 20 min and was hung upon just before I arrived. They said they were busy it would be 25+ min and u should call (pretty sure it was the same girl whoput me on hold). I told them I did. I explained my wait on the phone and being hung up on and left. Used the Papa John's App for the 1st time and my Order and Delivery was flawless. Was able to adjust Menu items to my liking and... track the order per each step as it was being processed. Food arrived Hot, everything was what I ordered and arrived earlierthan scheduled. Highly recommend the App! Read more
Too many cooks in the kitchen? maybe that saying is true and can be an explanation as to why one large pizza took over 55... minutes to make. After placing the order, I was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I show up 45 minutes later tohear it?s coming out of the orden. 10 mins later and still nothing. Read more
First time order from this location. Pizza wasn?t delivered after an hour saying it was on its way. Next update showed as... delivered. Called to check on the status and took 7 min 14 seconds to answer the phone. Was short and unapologetic saying myorder was remade and on its way. Confused since it had been nearly two hours since I ordered I said id just like a refund. Askedmy name and abruptly said you?ll be refunded in 2-5 business days and hung up on me. Classy! Read more
