Ordered a pizza and breadsticks online for delivery. Was told it would take 35-45 minutes to be delivered. One hour after that,... no sign of the food; called up the place, and said order was placed as pickup. They offered to make a new order and send it fordelivery in an hour. Asked for a refund. Won't be ordering from here anytime soon. Read more

I am giving them 5 stars today not because of the food but for service. The young lady that brought me my order check it to... make sure it was correct. After noticing it wasn't she had another pizza made at ounce. I didn't even have time to complain. Lol Read more

Don?t fall for the TV commercials for the Chicago Style deep dish pizza. The pizza looks NOTHING like it does on TV. I?m giving... a star for the ease of ordering online and the accuracy of the order. We ordered the double pepperoni Chicago Deep Dish Pizzaand it was all bread. 6/9/2021 - Customer Service Reps do not listen to your order. I placed an order for plain breadsticks with no seasonings. Waited... over 15 minutes for the order & the order was still wrong. The Customer Service Rep stated she was not sure about giving arefund & could fix another order of breadsticks & it will be ready in 2 minutes, at this point I have been in the store for 30minutes. The General Manager arrived at the store & issued me a refund & apologize. The original Customer Service Rep washorrible! Read more
The pizza was cold and soggy. The crust fell apart. I can't believe how consistently awful this Laurel Pizza Hut is. I wish... the College Park Location would deliver to me. I will have to get in my car and drive to College Park, from now on. I cantstress enough how awful this place it. Read more
They don't use gloves to prepare the pizza. Their hands look ruff and dirty also. Not good for after covid epidemic.
