Horrible , horrible, horrible I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. The money came out but when I went to the speaker,... the woman said ?we don?t have chicken? and then nothing else. When I asked her about my other food she ignored me. I went to thewindow and all of the employees including the manager were in there eating , laughing, talking. I wish I could give this Popeyes a negative rating. Rude staff that will throw food at you if you say you don?t want your food... due to poor customer service. The hot food landed inside our car and on my husbands lap. We tried to tell Maddison that sheassaulted my husband and she didn?t get it. We ended up calling the police on her and we will be going to court to presscharges. The police went in to tell her she committed assault. If you value good customer service don?t go to the Popeyes at3388 Laurel Fort Mead Rd. We will never go back there. This is the wrong line of work for Maddison. We will be writing tocooperate also. Worst f?king popeyes i?ve ever been to. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a 3 piece tender combo. I received 2 biscuits and... a small fry, that?s it. Person in drive thru throws you bad food. Ordered 8 piece mixed chicken. Got home and found no wings in order as required. It... took one solid hour to get a refund. Staff unprofessional. Terrible service, got home and realized they didn?t give us all out food. Yes. I should of checked, website said they closed at... 12. I went back after 11 and they were closed. A young guy who was mopping was very rude and so was the cashier who took myorder. The manager, managed to give us what were ordered after scrambling around. Went to this Popeyes on 7/19/2022. Just terrible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The server was rude, she... threw down the box of chicken because I asked for only 2 thighs. She kept on making the same error, she ended putting 4 thighsin the 11 piece. Manager was not receptive. I asked for the headquarters number and she said she didn't have it. I've had better service with the other locations than this one. I literally had to repeat my order 3 times. I asked for a drink... with my food (no ice). Went and had a horrible experience. To start the person doing the drive through for whatever reason could not understand... English, in a drive through you would at least expect someone to have a common understanding of English so you can understandwhat they want, I also ordered a half gallon of iced tea but ended up getting it in a bag not even cold.
