Don?t bother ordering a chicken sandwich for delivery. The driver said it would be 20-25 minutes before they had it ready. That... made a total of 36 minutes past the pickup time. It?s sad when an item can?t meet the demand. You lose customers that way. I?llnever order from this location again. Read more
I am continually disappointed by this Popeyes. First the good: we love their chicken sandwiches and fries. Usually. Sometimes... the sandwiches are soggy and sad. However, they take forever. Whenever I order online, they don?t even start the order until Iarrive and have waited in the pickup line. This happens every time, and we?ve been several times. Today I was reallydisappointed by the fact that the 4 sandwich family feast is an online-only thing and we went through the drive through today(because we learned that ordering online isn?t faster and you can?t ask for sauces through door dash). Speaking of sauces, thatis half the reason we go. The blackened ranch is divine. BUT when we went today they only gave us 2 blackened ranches for 4sandwiches and large Cajun fries. Two! We needed 4, preferably 6. I even went in to ask for more, and they said that they wereonly for the tenders?! What? Why would sauce only be for the tenders?! Smh. I?m really disappointed today. This was one of the best Popeyes chicken meals I've ever had and I've been eating it for several decades. The chicken was... extremely fresh and very hot, must have just come out of the grease. The biscuit was perfect and the regular side of red beansand rice, all those somewhat small, was very tasty. The pieces seem to be a little bit bigger than they normally are for chickensize pieces that Popeyes but that's another positive. Read more
Stopped for a quick bite at Popeyes and the drive thru was a mile long. So decided to go inside. Service was brisk inside.... Tenders were nice and fresh and the chicken sandwich was hot and delicious. Employees working were friendly and helpful and hadme in and out in just a minute or two. Recommended. Read more
My post today is regarding the cost and serving of their large sides. On this visit I ordered the 11 piece family pack for$ 27... dollars. Our sides were 2/3 full and the cost $4.99 each extra. This is what they looked like. Less food at a higher price. Read more
Spent $60 and later found out when you spend a large amount of money there is some sort of special they offer you. I was never... offered this special and the staff is not friendly at all. Gives you a feeling of them hating their job and are only there for apaycheck. Read more
