Jasmine the assistant manager was not accommodating for our food coming out cold. She was cold, dry and cold and tried to charge... us full price for the food that came out cold. We sent it back to the kitchen when she came out and didn’t address anythingabout our concerns. It took at least 15 mins for our food to come back out and it was still lukewarm. The place was not busy atall. And we waited for 2 hours for terrible service. But our server was decent. She was nice but the manager was cold, dry andnot accommodating to paying customers. I won’t be coming back. I brought my mother here whole was visiting from out of townand she was highly disappointed. Read more

A little pricey for what it was. The fish tasted as if had been frozen and then thawed in a microwave...kinda mushy. I was... surprised that the kids meal didn't come with a soda and that a kids Sprite is charged as if they'd gotten a Shirley Temple orsome other specialty drink. My experience was amazing! Everything was fresh and fast. I did have a bad experience with the lobster tail tasting like... chlorine but the manager came out with excellent customer service to fix the issue. (Vendor issue) Advice for the store: pleasecheck the quality of the lobster tails before sending them out. And check with the vendors as well Read more

My wife and I couldn't get past the menus. The first had food caked up on the pages, the second one given to us had red stains... (perhaps blood) on it and the 3rd had finger prints all over it! Obviously they don't clean the menus after customer usage,which is totally unacceptable given the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its variants. We asked to speak to the manager, Matt,and waited 30 minutes in vain, as Matt never showed up! One other note, the bartender had her backpack in the sink behind thebar in close proximity to food, beverages, etc. The thing was she was pulling stuff out of backpack and returning them withoutwashing her hands. The was a try of plates and glasses from a table of customers who had finished their meals that sat on thebar for the entire time we were there. Our experience was horrible, and the hurtful thing is that this is our neighborhood RedLobster!!! Read more

Red Lobster will always be one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoy trying something new here each time I come. Delicious food... always. On February 14th, 2022 Came to Red Lobster in Laurel with my boyfriend, they were busy. The waitress was friendly andthe food was great! They definitely needed more employees, cuz it was full and needed more assistance. The table was a littledirty. We waited for over an hour for our entrees. It was still alright despite the business.
