Overall, this place is hit or miss. One day they make the drinks correctly and the next day the drinks taste horrible and... watered down. Not consistent at all. I said a big hi and tried to order something. The female barrister rolled eyes towards me and started to wash the gears. She... wasn't doing that before I said hi. The so-called attitude in Starbucks, is actually ignoring you most of the time. Obviously ifwe can just pay and get our coffee self served, who wants to take trouble to ask them. For the last 6 months when I?d do my groceries id try to order something and I?m unsuccessful each time. One day they don?t take... cash, the next they don?t take gift cards or debit cards, they only take the Starbucks app to pay (which I downloaded and thenthey told me I need to preload with money before using). They?re always out of stuff -ALWAYS. My last issue with them was Iasked for a drink without ice and they charged me $3 extra as an up-charge for no ice. I always order my drinks without ice it?salready cold. I told them to keep their drink. I?m not paying $8-$9 for a cup of juice. This is the only location that has everup charged me becuase I don?t want ice. The rest of Starbucks grants my request happily. Read more
I asked for (my usual) Grande macchiato made with almond milk .... I got it made with whole milk, I saw the difference right... away and asked politely if it was almond milk and she said ?no? and went to fix it. My husband saw her pour the drink out andproceeded to make the almond milk drink in that same cup ! Got a very bad stomach ache from just a couple of sips then myhusband told me what he saw her do. Yesterday I was able to get my coffee in a timely manner but today they... had more people but worked slower although their coffee is pretty decent here I have experience that they usually don't havesome of the items most of the time and sometimes after eating from here I experience un upset stomach.
