Horrible experience!!! I ordered a foot-long sub on the app, went to pick up my order and they told me they haven't received it.... Fast, friendly service and everything was very clean!
This store was advertised to be open till 9pm. We got there at 8:50pm, the sign was on and said open yet the door was locked and... the employee saw us but would not let in. Now I understand that everyone wants to get home, but locking the door 10 minutesbefore the scheduled closing time is pretty unprofessional. Read more

Employees are full of ghetto tattoos, huge piercings in face and ears, talk and laugh while you order and flies all over the... place. Windows, tables, etc very dirty. I RAN OUT AND YOU SHOULD TOO!
