Not a good experience ordering from this location. Placed order online thru the subway app. They should try to be more customer... friendly and follow the instructions provided on the app while making sandwiches. It felt like eating bread instead of asandwich. Read more

Just left this Subway and it is as bad as others have described it. Its so unfortunate since it is very convenient. There was... only one choice of bread, Italian and she said it would take another 40 minutes for chocolate chip cookies. She only had 2cookies available. When I asked why nothing was ready at noon, she said they just opened. Yeah they've been open for an hournow, and why wouldn't they do the prep work of opening a shop at say 10 so everything can be ready? I don't think itsunreasonable for a sandwich shop to have bread ready for customers at noon. ???? She wasn't the most pleasant of people either. If you can find another Subway definitely do so! The location is convenient but the East African manager is always rude in her response when you ask about something. There... always seems to be missing a menu item that I come in there for. Today it was the macadamia cookies. I try to avoid this subwayif I need a quick meal and not in a hurry. Read more

The manager--an Ethiopian woman--is an emotional control freak wreck. She constantly corrects on how I should order my... sandwiches until finally I told her I was capable of knowing what I wanted to eat. If I asked for less salad---she says "youshould say a little". If I say "More Mayonnaise" she'll say "I know--you should have told me first". It is insane. I once askedfor extra cheese, only one other customer behind me--she asked if I wanted it toasted, I said "yes, but one minute" (because Iwanted onions too to be toasted). She LOST it. She began to cry and scream that I was "abusing" her. I had no idea what the hellwas going on--the customer behind me said I sounded like I was talking down to her (hopefully I wasn't) but to loose so muchcontrol of yourself over a sandwich order, threatening to call the police (yup, she did--because I asked for extra cheese)proves she is a nut case. Lots of other Subways in the area with stable staff, cleaner environments and without emotional crazypeople making sandwiches. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I am reporting her psychotic behavior to BBB andmore--she should not be in the public helping field. Read more

We used to LOVE this place big..big time time. My husband has been their customer for years before I started going there with... him. Few years back looks like they have new owner and all of sudden staff became so tight where you can literally see thedifference on Sandwich making style. They will give you so LITTLE what u ask. When you ask for more it's like a little kidsasking and you fool them....seriously? I can't even watch when they make sandwiches anymore which I consider an Art and I alwaysenjoy watching. We have a friends who owns few Subway and they say when customer wants to get bit more of something like moredressing..more olives...more veggies etc it doesn't cost much to do so cause it gives you one happy, steady, permanent customerwho will bring more customers to your door. We have one more Subway nearby on Route-1. We give them a business. They are nice:) Read more
