I love Wawa, but this location is terrible. It always takes a very long time to receive food orders and I have seeing the... employees prepare the food under unsanitary conditions. Also, the employees are incredibly rude and will ignore you. Because welove Wawa we are willing to drive to the Anne Arundel location to have a good experiences. Read more

This location is extremely disorganized. They can?t handle the third-party delivery orders without becoming overwhelmed. Then,... the cashier has to leave the register to help bag the preparers good orders. Lastly, I believe appearance is extremelyimportant and so is cleanliness. ALL of the employees working here should wear face masks. Not singling any of them out, butit?ll just create a better overall experience if they wore masks. Read more

New very tall cashier, Ebonnie? Honey, you're overly Flirtatious - I just want my products and go- you are looking for attention... in the wrong ways as a cashier customer service rep. You should go be a cocktail waitress, lol. I will say the store hasdefinitely weeded out the employees whom don't belong! Great job and clean store - wonderful management as far as the twogentleman! You mean to tell us that you as a company can?t even give your customers a PAPER bag to put our made to order food in and have... the nerve to charge 35cents for a reusable bag as an ONLY option? You should be ashamed at the way you treat customers. Yourpaper products for food/straws are NOT sustainable. They either fall apart or don?t close properly! Read more

Every time I come to store 8515 they are always out of an ingredient or item to a food item offered on their menu. I made my... order at 12:41 AM and wasn?t notified until 1:00AM that they were out of panini bread. This is a reoccurring issue with thisstore and location and your managers can use training with customer service and their time management. There is no reason as towhy Renee was the manager this early morning and it took her 20 minutes to come over and help the young man who was working thefood service section by himself. She stood around fake stocking while he was working over there alone. If she would?ve beenseeing what she could do to assist him sooner? she would?ve realized that there were several items they were out of. No baconfor customer # 198, no bread, no Honey turkey for 199 & no panani bread for me #200 for me. This store has only been open for alittle over a year and I can?t even count on my hands how many times they are out of items. I haven?t been here in 3 monthsbecause of the slow service, lack of customer service and inconvenience. To stand in their and patiently wait 20 minutes foryour food by what is supposed to be a convenient method? and then be told they are out of the main part of it is more thandisappointing. It?s inconvenient. This location is in between two Royal Farms & I frequently visit both and have never had toexperience what I experienced several times at this location. Read more

First they didn't have our whole order together because the manager was too busy talking to the employee. Then we get to our... destination and realize she didn't put the dressings into the bag with the salads. Annoyingly poor customer service, and nochanging table in the restrooms. After writing the first part of this review I discovered that they put a water instead of thechocolate milk and the kids meal. Try explaining to a 3-year-old why we don't have her chocolate milk. First time in this location. Got my food the way I expected Wawa will make it for me. No issues with ordering, and wait times.... Noticed they?re installing electric car charging stations (Tesla) beside the building. Read more

Re: Wawa Laurel 198/Ft Meade Rd I go to Wawa on 198 at least 2 times a week. ...typical gas station stop...gas, food, lottery. ... I want to shout out Jason who works various areas of the store...sandwich station, beverages and the register...for always beingpleasant. I overheard him talking to a supervisor going over his checklist and then he politely asked if there was anythingelse he could do before clocking out.
