Good food terrible location. Bathroom disgusting and floors really slippery. Just order take out.

Usually love wingstop but this specific one had us wait an hour for food when we could see that none of the workers were making... anything until the third time we asked for our food. The folks waiting with us also had to remind the employees that they werewaiting for food. Then the employees seemed to be annoyed that the customers were wondering where the food was. With a total of5 people waiting, an hour for food is ridiculous and the service was just awful. Read more

I'm usually not this person I don't do reviews because I typically take each encounter as a 1 off and go about my business. ... But today ... SMH. I placed an order online for wings. I showed up 20 minutes after the "ready time". There are literally 5employees behind the counter. Only one of them actually "working". The other 4 standing around gossiping. I stood there foralmost 5 minutes, with no one addressing me. Asking me if I could be helped. NOTHING! Finally I raise my voice to getsomeone's attention, and say "I'm here to pick up an order". One woman that appeared to be working asks one of the gossipers tohelp me to which she rolls her eyes to find my order. I watch as she put my food in a bag and then goes on to gossip for foranother minute or 2 before she finally hands it to me. Only to get home and not have a complete order. This location isusually bad, but today they were outright just TERRIBLE. I've worked in the food industry and customer service. I know whatit's like. But the customer experience, talk less of the customer service was beyond unacceptable. I wanted to find the nameand number for the franchisee to let them know that if they want return business that they need to make some drastic changes tostaffing. If I could give this place rating 0 stars I would. I don't know if anyone else will see this. I just hope whoeverdoes see it, that it saves themselves some headache. I live literally 5 minutes drive away, and I will never be going back tothis location again. Read more

The restaurant?s staff is just incompetent. It?s a Saturday evening and I only see three (3) people staffed with a lobby of 11... customers impatiently waiting. The sad part is that disappointment is where they?re most consistent. What?s worse is that theowner is either unaware of this or just doesn?t care. Either way, it?s worth posting this review so that others may beware thattheir time will most likely be wasted if they?re looking forward to timely service. Read more

I came into Wingstop in Laurel. There were about 6 to 7 young people ( high school) either at the cashier or preparing orders.... My time there waiting on my order, they were just talking, no mask, no gloves and constantly on there cell phones. No verysanitary. Wingstop needs to improve on who they hire or improve on way foods are prepared. Hair nets, masks and gloves to beginwith. Read more

I ordered the 30 pc meal. I also added bread rolls and brownies. I went in after an hour. The website said it?d take max. 45... minutes. My meal wasn?t ready so I asked to pick up my brownies because they tend to forget extras. They said they weren?t surehow long my order would take but that there was a 2-hour wait. So, I gave them another hour. When I finally picked up my meal,the chicken was cold and dry, the meal was missing the veggie sticks and the bread rolls. I?m thankful that I picked up thebrownies even though they were stale. Also, there seemed to be a whole lot of staff drama behind the counter. One of theemployees yelled that he was done when a customer asked him a question. So there was a large group of customers waiting and anumber of employees in visible view arguing, laughing, and mostly ignoring customers. Read more

I will not be going back. Soon as you walk in flies everywhere. Raw meat sitting out with flies not good. Employees were... young with no supervision, instead of making orders they are out front playing with a basketball. Received my food but didn?tcheck it, big mistake! Wings were very dry, they barely had any sauce or seasoning. Worst experience! Read more

The manager is unprofessional, bad mouth, lazy and it trickles down to the rest of employee's. They were walking around... nonchalant and joking with each other. Mind you, there only 5 people in store at this time,, all been waiting over 40min. Iwaited for 43min to be exact. Then one employee ask my name. My order was sitting on rack. I asked manager why didn't you sayorder was ready after 43min. She replied. " My bad boo" she really brings this wingstop down. I will never go back there Andwill encourage others not to.
