The Egg McMuffin was dleicious! However, I ordered it at drive thru, pulled up & paid for it at 8:45 AM & was asked to pull up... by walk & told they would bring it right out to me. They gave food to 15 more vehicles behind me while I sat there waiting formine. At 9:00 I went inside & asked for the Manager. While he was listening to my Service complaint, a lady was handed an extrabag to told to take it to curbside. I told her if it was my McMuffin that I could take it. I did explain to the Manager it isUnacceptable for this to happen & they don't need to have people pull forward & then make them wait! Read more

I rarely ever go to McDonald?s & today made me realize even more why I don?t go ! I need to get something to eat for my niece... and nephew in a very short period of time bc somewhere to be , I ordered they food which was nuggets (their food was good) , Idecided to order me 2 double cheeseburgers, as I get look at my burger ti make sure no onions was on there , BOTH of my Pattieswas burnt , & when I say burnt it was! I am fairly certain that the quarter pounder with cheese does not have bacon on it so I wonder what old sandwich was forced upon... me. The bun was hard the cheese was hard like it had been under the lights for hours. Read more
