The wait for 1 pizza and 1 thing of cheesy bread took a little too long. It's aight.
Wish I would've took a picture of it but I got 2 orders of cheesticks and there were absolutely smothered in parmesan cheese.... I've never had this happen and I told the employee that and they responded with they've always put that much parmesan oncheesesticks but that they would make me some more. The new ones were perfect. Ordered over phone large thin crust meat lovers. No Italian sausage. I repeat order twice. They confirm and give me total $19.65... & a wait time of 24 minutes. I say thank you hang up.. this was a pleasant experience. However upon arriving and pulling up toodrive-thru window. My experience went decidedly sour. The store was not busy a cleaning lady looks at me then walks away. Iwait & wait & wait. Finally I pull into a parking space & go inside too retrieve my pizza. The store is not busy only one familyahead of me for their order. Employee asks me too wait. I do. I can see my order is indeed ready. The family ahead of mecompletes transaction. I step forward as a vehicle pulls up too drive-thru again I'm told too wait. Employee goes too windowthen retrieves customers order. Then turns & asks if they can help me. I give them my name retrieve my ???? pay & leave annoyed.Upon getting home I open my pizza box & find a thin burned flavorless abomination. That should not dare ever call itself pizza.It's a meat liker not a lover. With Italian sausage & no sauce! Burned too a crisp. My dog wouldn't even eat it. My opinion...EVERYONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT! Dominoes out ????'s the HUT. Papa John's out ????'s the hut. Little Ceasars out ????'s the hut.Chuck E. Cheese out ????'s the hut. Hunt Brothers gas station out ????'s the hut. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at s Pizza Hut. I placed my order on line. My food was cold, and the cashier was... RUDE. I asked for grated cheese, and he told me it would be $1.08.I gave him $20.08. As he was going through his register, heyelled, DO you have a dollar? I ain't got no one's.' I told him that I did not, but offered to cancel the order which heignored. Never said another word even though I apologized and thanked him. I'll never visit the Laurel, MS Pizza Hut again. I will not be buying from the pizzahut in the Laurel Ms location again. I waited in line for almost an hour. The casheir at the... window didn't aknowledge me for 10 minutes. While she answered the phone taking orders. She could have at least opened thewindow and said sorry for the wait. 20 minutes later my order still wasnt ready. When i asked for my money back the managerfinally found my order. Which had been sitting in the back on a shelf and not in the warmer. He hands me a cold pizza anddoesn't say sorry its gotten cold how can i make this right. I returned the pizza for my money back. I WILL NOT be buying fromthat location again. not only were the employees rude, but they asked me to pull up to the front and they would bring me my pizza cause they couldnt... find it. we waited for an hour before driving back into the drive through to ask what was going on. they said that they found itand it was on the counter the whole time. the pizza was cold and dried out. absolutely disgusting. we always have issues at thislocation and we will likely not be giving it another chance Read more
I ordered a pizza and single order of breadsticks. I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and I paid for extra pepperoni. This is... not even the regular amount of pepperoni and there was barely any sauce on the pizza at all...dry as a bone and the crust tastedold. Very disappointed paying $23 for this. We always get the family deal box it comes with ur choice of 2 pizzas and wings bread sticks or an extra pizza.
