I am Beyond Upset. I bought a 16 peice chicken from here which was over 50 dollars for a party . I got home and there was 10... peices in the box. I called and spoke with the manager and she told me to bring the receipt and she would make it right. I getback up there with the receipt she asks where the chicken was. I told her we had to come all the way back from sandersvillewhich where we live is 20 minutes away. Which it makes no sense to make everyone go hungry to bring chicken all the way back. Iasked her if the person that packed the box remembered she told me she packed 16 peices calling me a liar . She got really nastywith me so I left. We have been coming here for years I'm so upset. Chicken was fresh and very good. The biscuits are awesome. Food was so hot and good.
Was in line for over 20 minutes finally got to the speaker to order my food ONLY to be told they were doing a BIG order for a... school and they were OUT of chicken!!! OK my suggestion SEND AN EMPLOYEE outside to tell someone what's going on so we can gosomewhere else to eat rather than WASTE 20 minutes starving for NOTHING!!!!! THE WORST ATTITUDES! I placed my order online to avoid the long wait because they never have anything ready only to get to the... store and still had to wait. The cashier told me they drop it when you arrive at the store. If that?s the case PLEASE DO AWAYWITH THE APP AND ONLINE !! Instead of the manager making sure I got what I already paid for, she also had a bad attitude.Customer service is EVERYTHING. Didn?t have half the things I ordered. I drove up and they basically shoved the food in my face. I had to tap on the window to... give him my card, I could have drove off.. then had to ask for my drink. Gave me spicy instead of mild. I had no napkins, nosauces and no silverware.???????????
