Smoothie prices $7-$15 and cant break a $50 after waiting in line and getting to the window. Explained that was my only option... and was told they could not break anything over a $20. Pouring out an already made smoothie instead of giving $35/$40 in changemakes no sense. Was my 2nd attempt after another poor customer service experience last year, will not be a 3rd. Read more
I order the peanut power plus chocolate every time. It tastes different every time. Today I could not taste peanut flavor so I... took it back. Second try was better but not the same as I get at other Smoothie Kings. It seems as if they cut down on theingredients that give the right chocolate-peanut taste. They have great smoothies. And they are good for you. I had the fruit and mango and it was very good. The employees were... friendly and it's a great place to cool down when the body is over heated. Read more
I stopped in on a rainy and chilly day in December. The building is new and I am assuming everything inside is, as well. The... first two things I noticed is they have no sitting area, other than the outside tables and chairs in the patio area, and theyhave a drive thru. I am not certain if they have all the options a "standard" Smoothie King would have because of this. I got myGreek Yogurt Pineapple Mango smoothie with no fuss, flak, or grief and it is quite tasty on my ride back to the coast. Love the smoothies, hate the staff. I called to see if they took jones bobcat bucks (since MANY places do) and they hung up on... me. Not to mention at a separate time they completely disregarded my dairy allergy. Some of them are nice, some are bitchy. Afew need to be fired, that?s for sure Read more
