I wish i could give 0 stars because Wendy's in Laurel is the sorriest Wendy's! We live 30 minutes from Wendy's i did an online... order spent $35 when my husband gets home with the food the order was wrong! Being pregnant and having a specific craving iexpect to fill fill that craving ESPECIALLY since i did the order online! Like how hard is it to read a screen and do a orderright!? My 5 year old can do that!!!! This isn't the first time they've messed up on an order neither but this DEFINITELY willbe our last time using Wendy's in Laurel, MS!!!!! Understaffed extremely slow spent 45 minutes in line with no way of exit so was trapped in so no escape from waiting if your in... a hurry don't go there today 0ct 29 2022 tomorrow might be better food was good though. Read more

I go thru the drive thru here every few months when I come in town to visit my parents. It has to be the slowest Wendy's... anywhere. Usually there is always a long line. Today it was only 2 cars ahead of me, but was still slow. I would say the atleast get their orders correct, but today they left some stuff off. Read more
Wendy's has THE worst drive through of any place I have ever been. You better not be in a hurry to go through it. We ordered... frosties and by the time we got our order we had to drink them. They will not have people pull up to wait so the line can keepmoving and there is no way to get out of the line if you are in a rush. I doubt I ever go to the Laurel Wendy's ever again. Itwasn't just today, it's everytime I go there. Nothing on their menu is worth the frustration of setting there while your foodgets cold and your cold items melt. Read more
It's a Wendy's, alright. Friendly staff, never any issues there. Good luck with the drive thru though, you won't get out quickly... by any means. Whatever you do, avoid the outside lane, I've sat there waiting for a good chunk of time just for someone to askme what I wanted to order. Save yourself some time and order online... and then, this is key, pick up in the parking spots notthe drivethru... no joke, I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, with a 5 year old "dying" for his frosty. I had the worst burger I've ever eaten from a Wendy's. This location needs to step up. If I pay $8 for a Dave's double... cheeseburger, I want a good one for that price. It was sloppy and certainly not tasty; with one piece of cheese. Not only that,but when I stepped in the door, nobody in the lobby (which is always a bad sign) and I immediately felt the stares. Noone saidthe usual welcome to Wendy's or hey, how are you? No, she just irritatingly said, "over here." As though I was standing at thewrong register.
