Hot decaf latte and SF caramel latte - both tasty and $1 less than City Brew in ND. ??????????? Short staffed and waited a bit... but barista was pleasant and that always helps! Read more
As a business owner, I would be so honored to have the employees that you had on Sunday(9/11/22 around 1145 am) I had just... ordered a drink from your Shiloh Rd location and it was AWFUL.. so much so that I stopped at this location just to order a newdrink for my ride back to Bozeman. I ordered and went to pay. I asked them if they could throw the other one away. They not onlytook responsibility for the mess that was another locations fault, but made my original order to perfection!! I was blown awayand really wanted to make sure they were recognized!! Went to City Brew Coffee for a breakfast sandwich and a warm drink. I gave them two stars because the latte I ordered was... perfect and the server at the window was very friendly. However the bacon ciabatta sandwich, while it did have a great taste,came with only one piece of bacon, when I in fact ordered extra bacon on my sandwich. Even after I got to the window and paidfor my meal, I asked the window attendant to ensure that my sandwich had extra bacon to which she replied, ?it does?. I?m prettydisappointed, as I thought maybe I had found a new place to get breakfast. But if that?s how they?re going to operate, I won?tbe going back. Read more
Love City Brew! We stop here on the way home from our Billings trips and are never disappointed. Yes, even in the early... afternoon, the coffee is piping hot and fresh (try that at your local Starbucks-lukewarm at best). The young folks working hereare well trained with great attitudes. I LOVED this place so much and thought it was a super trendy, fun, little coffee shop. When I arrived there was 5-6 other... patrons enjoying a drink and there was 2-3 staff members working. It seemed from their menu board that they could make you anykind of coffee drink that you could ever desire and they had some yummy baking available. The bathroom was accessed out of aside door towards the back of their shop and is shared with a few other business in this strip mall. Their drive thru wasfunctional and their signage was good. Our 2 frappes were not blended nearly enough, leaving big chunks of ice so the straw was useless. Not the first time this has... happened here. For $10 I expect a better product. Read more
