We had a very great experience with them today. I tried to use a promo code online and did it wrong so did not get the discount.... I quickly called the store to see if I could cancel it to try again. The young man I talked to one the phone was very helpful intrying to understand the problem. With the help of him and his manager we got it worked out. Got the pizza in the right amountof time. Still warm and super delicious, and the delivery guy was a trooper and very nice. I ordered the chicken and pasta with bread sticks. I was charged 18.47 and when I received it, it only had a portion in it like... it was for a toddler. I called to complain about this and the person who answered was rude. She stated that they have to portionthe meals out. I asked, so are you telling me that you are charging that much for pasta and bread sticks? She ended upcrediting my account but, after I claim my credit, I will not do business with this company again. This is not the fist timeI've had a unsatisfied experience! Read more
I am so disappointed. I ordered at 6:38 pm and didn't receive my order until 8:20 then they didn't bring the right food. I can... not eat pizza or sugars. Picking up my order now. Caught the guy making an order flipping the dough up and hitting the ceiling with the dough. When I... asked the lady at the register if it was a common practice, she said yes. Not very sanitary. The employees look over worked,and unhappy. The pizza was rushed, and had very little sauce. The reason for 2star is first they forgot my dipping marinara after precisely asking them not to, buy them doing it after I... asked for it I feel that it was on purpose. And my pizza was not a perfect pie. I know that it could have been better. On a goodnote the phone girl Bailey was a delight, and my food just arrived and the timely manner. Read more
