My meal would be great if it was fully what I ordered. I ordered the #11 which on the menu says turkey, ham and cheese but it... had tomatoes and lettuce on it and a weird sauce. I still enjoyed the sandwich but after I took the tomato and lettuce off. Notto mention you guys totally botched your wraps. You put way too much sauce and mayo on it which makes you lose interest. First time ordering from this location and I can't say I'd recommend it. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches online today. They... were both made wrong, some how half of my sandwich ended up with her avocado and she had no cucumber on her sandwich at all. Weknow that the sandwiches were ordered correctly as our receipt shows this. The kicker of this is our food was done 15 minutesearlier than we had requested, which would have been more than enough time to redo the order if they had cared enough to realizeit was incorrect. Updated review 5/30/22 Tried this location again today an I'm happy to say it's much better than my previousreview. The employees were very friendly and made a very tasty sandwich today. I would definitely say they've worked throughtheir post lunch issues, if this service was anything to go by. My order was a number 1 with extra tomato, extra onion and addedhot peppers. Read more

Parked in Columbus, MT, out of hours. Every business had lost power. This store drove 25 or so miles to deliver food, so I could... eat. Didn't want a larger tip, but I insisted. Thank you to the day shift manager. No name, but had bright red hair. This is whyI love Jimmy John's. Read more

Our family adores Jimmy John's, but this one needs to pull itself together. The 3-star average made me curious about reviews.... Like, I'm not going to pay much heed to a 1-star review for a sandwich shop when the critique is purely about using peanut oilin their chips; even if I had a peanut allergy, that alone is no cause for a 1-star. We decided there was a decent chance thenegative reviews were a fluke. Then I pulled up to the drive-thru, and the person at the window went to hand us our orderwithout realizing we hadn't paid yet. ... Not a big deal, they were really nice. There were a few flies visible on thesandwich-making surfaces. It's summer, flies happen. Got the receipt and left. Then the add-on I'd very clearly asked for wasn'tthere. ("Add onions." "No onions, got it." "No, I want onions added to it." "Oh, okay. Add onions." "Yes." ... No onions.)Frustrating, but still not a huge problem, definitely happened before. However, my daughter's #17, which is effectively anamped-up BLT, was entirely missing the "L." Not an add-on, just one of the basic ingredients. How on earth do you look at that(picture included) without realizing something is missing?? There wasn't a line, and there couldn't have been many customersinside, so it's not like they were so crazy busy. And we only ordered the two sandwiches. We were passing through on a very longdrive and didn't have time to go back, so my daughter had to be disappointed by what is usually her favorite. I love Jimmy Johns, and the service providers were nice, but a few mistakes were made. 1. The person who took our order heard... "add onions" and repeated "no onion." Not too bad. Kinda funny. 2. We go up to the window and we are handed our food, but theorder taker forgets to charge us. An amusing mistake. 3. We start to get back on the road and we open our 2 sandwiches from thisJimmy Johns where we are the only customers. We ordered the 17 without cheese and my mom got another sandwich with onions. Bothwere missing lettuce and my mom's is missing onions, but hey! No cheese for me. So, in conclusion, I just finished eating mybread, mayo, tomato, ham and bacon, and all I can think is.
