Ate inside for breakfast. Hash browns spot on, as was the Egg McMuffin. Really friendly and helpful employees -- patient with... my questions & all my chatter. Bathrooms clean, dining room clean. Fries was hot but only got less than a half box of a large fry. ???? Chicken sandwich was yucky cold and hard and absolutely... nothing on it but the bun and meat. I don't know why I bother with any of them anymore. The app sucks. You can't do a fullorder on it. Read more

I ordered online for curbside pick up. I would not usually do anything like this but the service was bad. On my order online I... specified the no pickles and added lettuce and tomato. I understand messing up or making a mistake. I cannot eat pickles as I'mallergic. After I noticed the mess up - I went nicely through the drive through stated what happened. Was pleasant - no blame- but told them the things that I needed to make it right. Offered to return te messed up sandwich. They said they couldn'taccept it. Told me to pull forward to the 2nd window and it would be fixed - awesome- thank you from me to them. Mistakes happenbut can I just please get it fixed. After I was told to pull forward I got confronted by " the grill guy" is what I heard. Hewas so rude and so annoyed HE got my order wrong - I kindly said well this is what I ordered. And can I please have it that way.My order through online shows myspecific order and what I asked for. He stormed away I went to the next window to once againgetting something I didn't order. I didn't go back- I didnt want spit in my food. I understand a mistake- I don't understandbeing so rude when someone asks for you to fix it. I have worked in customer service my entire life.
