I just want to start by saying I have always been a fan of wendy's food. The food has always been delicious and made with... quality. I ordered food from Wendy's this evening in Laurel Montana, my first visit at this location. The jr bacon cheeseburgerswere awful. My burger patty was dry but the burger as a whole was sopping wet with runny mayo. The other jr bacon cheeseburgerhad no mayo or sauce. They only gave us one fry, as we ordered two orders of fries and our nuggets were cold. My daughterscrispy chicken blt had wilted brown pieces of lettuce and a runny sauce like substance that was dripping all over in the wendy'sbag. To top it off no napkins to clean all the sopping mayo that got all over our car. The individuals working this eveningshould be ashamed of their food service capabilities. These workers will have this location shut down in a heartbeat if they donot learn how to provide quality food. As a person who has worked in the food industry for many years I can honestly say this ismy worst experience with fast food. Never again will I eat at this location. I just really hope I do not get sick, as I am 7months pregnant. I do not normally complain but this was just an awful experience and not worth my time or money. Read more

Came threw drive threw about 10:15 pm ordered 2 chicken sandwich 20 nuggets daves double and 2 plain burgers, we were asked to... pull forward waiting for fresh fries. 5 min drive home sat down half the nuggets were spicy and obviously 45 min to a hour oldthe others were fresher. One chicken sandwich was so so the other was very fresh. Burgers were good. Read more
