The staff was doing their best. They can't help that the food is trash.
Got here at like 7pm. Nobody in line sat at speaker for like 3min no one said anything so I drove up to window. Didn?t see any... workers & saw ?Drive-thru Only? sign so I knew they were open. Pulled in a parking spot near a lady waiting to ask if they wereopen. 2min later a worker gets out her car so I go back to the drive thru and they answer. Said tenders was frozen so theycouldn?t cook them. Got to window and waited(thought I was waiting on fries) fries were cold. Only gave 2 stars because mymilkshake was good and girl with the long braids was nice. Read more

Got charged for fries I didn't ask for but I thought hey who cares somebody will eat them. Both fries and onion rings smelled... burnt but they weren't it was just cooked in really old oil gross. but hey when you pay more for a burger than a steak that'swhat you would expect I guess Read more
Hardee's is my breakfast go to spot. Food is hit or miss depending on the day. Mr. Jimmy though is always upbeat and friendly... (laurel hill), so I don't mind if the Hashbrowns are a little soggy or the biscuit is a little to done every once in a while.When a person goes out of there way to smile and help you, you keep returning. They have a very wide variety of breakfast foods.Milkshakes are great. Good job Hardee's in Laurel Hill. Read more
Never have i been in a fast food restaurant, who was getting hit so heavy by so many people for such a long stretch of time, and... they kept up! Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Spills were quickly cleaned up. Ice was filled. Food was fresh and specialrequests correct. 115% impressed! They rocked it! Read more
Welp, ordered 3 tenders. I got lukewarm nuggets instead. Reached out to corporate. I never heard back. I know it doesn't matter... to you but you've lost me as customer. My wife's burden was great so thats a plus. Read more
Tenders and breakfast slap. Burgers overpriced for the quality. Go to Wendy's if you want fast food Burgers.
