I decided to go get me something to eat after working night shift,I ordered a scrambled egg platter with grits and a butter... biscuit with grape jelly.I pulled around got my order,and pulled up,just to noticed my grape jelly wasn't in there. I go backthrough the drive thru and ask the old lady for grape jelly, she said next time order it back there at the screen...ma'am excuseme!!! I did YOU didn't put it in the bag!!! I just watched one of the girls with long black and blonde braided hair drop her metal tongs on the floor. She then picked them... up and grabbed a biscuit to put in a box to serve a guest. She didn?t even hesitate. That is absolutely disgusting and sheshould be terminated. I walked out without getting my food. Read more
Got at the drive thru at 9:30. Made my order. They waited until after I paid to tell me that they couldn't cook no more fries... because it was too close to closing time and offered me another "fixin". I'm sorry but there ain't no other side worth gettingat Bojangles. And that ain't what I paid for. Also, they didn't give us our honey mustard sauce. This place has the worst service of anywhere I?ve ever been! Unfortunately this had happened dozens of times if Laurens had... more places to eat I would never go back! They asked me to ?please hold ? at the window and no one was even in the drivethrough! For ten minutes! The workers have an attitude especially the manager. I?ve had the unpleasant experience ofdealing with her a few times??wow is all I can say. I?ve never, ever received my order filled correctly. In a dozen ordersthey have not once gotten it right. Ordered at drive thru at 411pm according to receipt. Only car in line. Pulled up and sat at window till 424 got part of my order... and then ask to pull up since chicken was cooking. It is now 431 and she just came out with my 2 chicken biscuits. 20 minutesfor 2 chicken biscuits and a tea. Servers not friendly to try to make up for the slow service, rude even over intercom. There was one person there who knew what they were doing.. The manager in the red shirt had her hands full and I felt bad for... her. At least ten employees there yet only a few were 'active'. There was a young girl there who was wearing a LDHS CheerleaderUniform who was showing out. Back talking the manager and others complaining about something with her order. She turned to lookat me and a few behind me and said "It's okay, I work here." In my opinion, and if I had been the manager on duty(which I'veheld leadership roles in food service) I would've written her up on the spot, on the clock or not. She should not only bereprimanded or fired for acting out and letting everyone know she worked there, but to conduct herself in that manner with herHS uniform on she should be reprimanded by the cheer supervisor or the school. Saying that, Most who work there arelackadaisical. Working with no sense of urgency. But there are others, like the manager last night who really care and do theirbest, but trying to work with most young people is difficult now. Read more
