I?ve given this restaurant a few chances. I went yesterday, they closed early. I went today they have both lines open but are... only taking orders from one. This was one of the two only places open when I got off work tonight, and I?m so glad I chose to spend my hard earned cash here!... The overnight crew was super sweet and the food was fresh, they went above and beyond to make our night great. Thank youMcDonald?s crew!! Give them a raise! Read more

I've given this place a few chances since I work close by. Every time I order something on the kiosk, the receipt never prints,... and I have no proof of purchase when I'm waiting for my order. Today, all I wanted was a drink. I remembered the order numberjust incase, and no one ever put the order through. I asked the young lady if they had my drink and she made it this huge dealand had to grab her manager. I provided the order number and even pointed it out on the screen. It was too much of a hassle andthe store smells like dirty dogs and bo. No way i'm eating food from there that's drenched in that odor. It wasn't the cashiersfault but the manager could have accommodated something. Wont be going back here. Read more
The place is nasty... Was a good place about a year or so ago.. now completely nasty... The people working there does not care... about customers.... Their frap machine and icecream machine been broken for about two months now and apparently their drive Thudoesn't work... But yet they still talk to you in drive Thu to tell you that it is broken and you have to come in to order. Wentin and the place had an off smell to it and a woman couldn't get a register open to take orders. The people at the register justgives you a mean mug look and when asked for something it's either broken or can't do it. I asked them if they can't do anythingwhy are they open and left and they was being a smart butts and said thank you for coming have a nice day. Trust me do not gothere and if you do expect complete craziness and get sick afterwards and this place NEEDS TO BE CLOSED or complete newemployees that want to work. Terrible service. Gave us random drinks because they were out of them. Lady who appeared to be on crack was screaming at someone... named joshua as she set our food down. she was screaming in our face. Half of our food was forgotten and when my dad asked aboutit they yelled at him. This is a restaurant, not a crackhouse. My brother ordered and paid for a smoothie. Apparently they donteven have those. Got laughed at when asking about that. Wouldve been nice to know when we ordered. My suggestion would be toeither get a completely new staff, or just shut the place down. This is an embarrassment of a restaurant and I hope no onedecides to waste their money here. Read more
Absolutely DISGUSTING!! Drink spilled on floor when you walked in, almost slipped on it, fry box, & other garbage on floor next... to it, no wet floor sign, no warning anywhere. Waited almost an hour on an order that I was told "would be ready shortly" byone employee, then much later another employee asked us what our order was again, after people that came in after us were giventheir food. Ice machine in lobby was broken & filthy, another customer had to come ask for ice many times before she was toldit wasn't working, she was very upset also. We got tired of waiting for our order and left. The manager was at the counter atone point, shirt collar unbuttoned, telling customers "he wasn't working right now". Other employees walking in & out behindcounter ignoring everyone, all wearing any style uniform they cared to, tight stretch pants, baggy jeans, no hair nets, nogloves, counter was dirtier than the floor. Last employee & main reason I left was VERY rude & downright insulting in the waythey asked about my order. They kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell them what it was, & acting like I was a problem tothem. The store was very busy & not many employees seemed to know what was going on or cared.
