The dri e through is do slow it took them a 1hr. And 20mins to get my food, not the place to eat if you want fast service

As a patron the food is good. However there is no atmosphere. The only tables are outside. And after 8:00 or so the teenagers... show up in loud trucks and loud vehicles and crowd the place. As a doordasher the app says to pull into a stall and press thered button. There's a 50/50 chance that you'll either pull into a stall where the screen is not on, or you get an answer ofwe're drive through only. And if it's busy you've taken the time to pull into a stall and two more cars have gotten in front ofyou. The only way to let them know that you are there for a doordash is to go to the drive-thru if the stalls are closed. Andusually the line is about five deep so it takes two or three cars to get just to the speaker box. There have only been a fewoccasions where they have come out the side door to deliver my customers order so that I can pull out of line and get them theirfood. There needs to be one or two dedicated stalls for doordashing people so that the people that are working inside know thatwe have arrived. There have been times that I have waited 12 minutes on food when the app says the order should have beenprepared at a certain time 12 minutes before hand. I will say however that most of the employees are very friendly, but thebiggest complaint that I have is the wait. Overall I would give them a C+, because their food is good and they do have niceemployees. It just gets really crowded and it's a very small area. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins and they were completing everyone else's orders before the took my order. Then... they told me to drive up haven't even took my order until I got to the window with 5 other cars behind me. The woman at thewindow was rude and while she took my order she had an attitude saying she couldn't hear me but I was right at the windowtalking loud to her already. Expect a minimum of 15 minutes in their drive thru. Happens EVERYTIME. Just waited over 20 mins For the last time - for a jr... burger and a coke. Love waiting for 20+ mins just to hand my son a cold burger and watered down coke. This place is pathetic andI?m done w it Read more

Ordered burgers. Service was fantastic. The lady that waited on us was so friendly and polite. We got our food in a very timely... manner and we were so disappointed.. More bun than burger and it was cold. The 3 stars were for the service. Read more

The service was horrible. The manager took my order and put it at the drive thru and i was in a parking space and had to wait 45... mins on 2 shakes and an order of chili cheese tots. If the manager can't get an order right the regular works can't eitherbecause the manager can't train them if they don't know how to do the work. Read more

So for starters we ordered and it took about 25 mins to bring our food. Then they forgot the cheeseburger and Gave us the fries... and drink that are supposed to go with the meal. So we told them then they bring us a bacon and egg sandwich at 2 pm. Then theygave us a slice of loaf of bread that was not toasted at all with my chicken tenders. So 0/10 I would never recommend. Ordered ahead on the app for 3 milkshakes. Got to drive thru speaker around 8:10. Confirmed we ordered ahead. As we waited, we... noticed our shakes on the counter. Nobody brought us our order. When I finally got to the window at 8:32 the shakes were handedto us. They were soup. I said I didn't want to pay for soup to which the lady responded that they were overwhelmed and seemedupset that I didn't want hot milkshakes. I told her I was sorry. She then told me it would take 5 more minutes to get themremade. We watched through the window as the people in the kitchen then complained for the next little while. We waited 8minutes and then after she handed us the last one she told us they weren't supposed to remake shakes and acted like it was ourfault. Literally blaming me and I was the one that waited around 40 minutes for ice cream that I ordered ahead. After thisstarted a hollering match, the manager peaked her head out but said nothing. Literally said nothing. This is NOT how you treatcustomers. If you can't get my food to me in a timely manner, let me know so I can go elsewhere. If you plan to blame yourcustomers because you can't be bothered to run prepaid food outside, don't work in fast food. I think the people here need totake a course from Chick-fil-A where you keep your attitude to yourself and treat your customers with respect. I won't bebringing my family back here for a while.
