Quick efficient service. We made 3 different rather complicated orders. Exactly correct and great food.
Order a footlong meatball sub with only cheese, mayonnaise, peppers and no oil and vinegar and then went to work and opened it... up and it was so soggy, the bread was soaked almost wet and falling to pieces to where I couldn?t even eat it. Not sure whatthey did to it but was just nasty. Don?t even know if I want to go back and not even sure if they gonna give me a refund on itor not. Had to throw it way. Completely disgusting . Messed up my order 3 times before putting it in the toaster and after. I normally don?t even leave reviews but just trying to... save everyone?s time. It was super disorganized and I had to wait for them to get done talking before I can even tell them whatelse I wanted on my sub. Read more
A 20-30 minute interaction turned into a little over an hour. My husband and I wanted to try the new subs my husband ordered... what they call the monster which is a steak and cheese with bacon, onions peppers and pepper jack cheese and ranch.... the kidbehind the counter starts making a meatball with pepperoni sandwich which they call the boss so anyway my husband and I at thesame time said to the kid hey you're making the wrong sandwich so the kid puts the meatballs aside and grabs the bread myhusband asked for and makes the right sandwich wraps it up then asks what I want and I tell him and he makes mine no problem andwraps it up and I'm getting ready to pay my husband goes out to the car figuring I'll be right behind him..... NOPE the guy thatwas ringing me up said it'll be $23.40 so I pay and he hands me just one sandwich knowing I had two so he asks his coworkerswhere my husband's sandwich was and he was told that someone in drive thru has it and by now my husband is back inside asking mewhat's going on and I told him and well they had to make my husband's sandwich like 5 times and when we finally get to leave Isaid can we get a refund or something cause y'all had to make a sandwich 5 times and having a disabled person standing in linefor over an hour for a sandwich and I was told NO have a good day..... needless to say my husband and I are NEVER going tosubway EVER again!!!! The worst in Laurens County! I ordered the new #3 monster sub and they started making a meatball sub. They did it all over again... and then gave my sub to a drive thru customer. They ended up having to make mine 5 times before they bagged it up... takingalmost 35 minutes. My wife mentioned that they should give a discount or should be free and they said they can't do that blamedthe issue to the music being too loud. All the time I had to stand around with out my wheelchair. And to top it all off when gothome the bread was hard and the bacon half cooked. I would not recommend this store to my neighbor's dog!
