I love this place. Love the hibachi and they always give you excellent food, more than you can eat so I love that leftovers.

My first time ordering take out here. I love how they have a drive thru for convenience. Even tho the food here is similar to... Chinese, it's Japanese food. Well "Americanized" anyway. The rice is fried but it's a little more plain. I liked it. Bought 3combo plates and a couple sides for 32 dollars I think it was. It was late about 8:30 and the food was fresh. The spring rollswere perfect. And you can find a lot of healthier options on the menu. Portions were normal. My to-go bags were packed neatlyso nothing would spill. Somehow they got us only 1/2 the usual flavor (hunan beef and happy family combos), the fried rice only tasted like plain rice,... the egg roll was dry and bland and lacking in vegetables, and we did not get what was actually ordered (even though we repeatedthe order twice). Good local Japanese & Chinese restaurant. Food was tasty across the board and served hot & fresh (had seafood in spicy sauce,... beef fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and sweet & sour chicken - all good). Prices are reasonable for dinner and very good forlunch specials. Service was friendly and attentive. Very flavorful dishes with a varied menu with lots of choices. Atmosphereis good enough for what it is (a converted fast food place). Nice place to have in Laurens! Read more
