The food is great as a guest. But as doordasher i gave the service only four stars because there are times when orders have been... up but no one has been there to bag them. On Sundays after church is the worst. There is one person taking orders up front andusually v is in charge of bagging the food. The one that is there the most, a red haired girl who wears a mask is a wonderfullyhard worker and does the best she can. However, it's frustrating because most times I see the drive thru attendants juststanding around not offering to help bag or anything. But overall, friendly and courteous and quick with orders. in the past two months my partner has been there once and i?ve been there once. my partner asked for all fries instead of... coleslaw and asked for two sauces(just 1 of each) they gave him extra coleslaw and only 1 sauce that he didn?t even ask for. iasked for no coleslaw and two ranches. i received coleslaw. she even repeated my order back to me. she was also VERY rude. shestared at me blanket after telling her my order and was very rude when i first got there and took a second to look at the menu.i did not look at the menu for more than 3 min. i don?t recommend this zaxbys. what if i was allergic to something in thecoleslaw and had a reaction since it was touching the rest of my food? i don?t know if the workers are just incompetent or justdon?t care, but either way. it?s awful customer service. I was charged almost $20 for one chicken sandwich. The second charge was supposed to be a refund for my incorrect order, but I... was charged instead and then charged again for my correct order. The three charges total over $19 for the one sandwich received.The manager would not take my receipts as proof enough and told me to email her my personal bank statement. No way was I sendinga Zaxby's manager all my personal history. I emailed corporate who just ignored me. Got my favorite food- the loaded fries. Took a bite and it was hard and salty to the point where it was inedible.
