I ordered a chicken pot pie, and there was an entire chicken bone inside of the pie.
I usually receive good service from this KFC; However, we ordered 16 PC meal at the drive-thru ($47) and we received 7 wings! We... got 4 breasts, 2 thighs, and 3 chicken legs! If I wanted a bucket of wings then I would have ordered them! But to make more thanhalf of a 16 PC meal chicken wings was just absolutely shady! No receipt in the bag of course so I cannot call and do a survey. Read more
Workers were very nice. Store was clean. Chicken was fresh and hot.

Stopped about 4PM ON A Thursday. Food was typical good KFC. Biscuit was tough - maybe to be expected as they weren't busy at... the time. The service was quick and friendly. Location is very food with easy in and out. Read more

It's a KFC. In Laurinburg. Nothing else. EDIT: My previous review gave KFC three stars. Unfortunately after my last visit, I'd... be on the verge of starvation before I pay hard earned money for their food products. Don't expect anything on the menu to bereadily available for purchase and consumption. Anything you order, almost, needs a ten minute wait. The bare minimum is alwaysprepared, to 'avoid wasting food' is what I heard. Always something wrong with the drink machine. They never think to refill theSweet Tea, in the South not having sweet tea available is just plain sorry and lazy. The straw to break the back, after thewait and disappointment through the ordering process, is the combo or meal being incomplete. Whether that's a missing cookiethat accompanies a Famous Bowl or 5 hot wings in your order of 6. The lack of concern for the finished product going out thedoor is atrocious. Not even a thought to ensure the quality of what's in the bag or accuracy of the order. At the end of theday all these issues stem from poor management and ownership's greed. As a customer you have no idea how much I'd love to givethis cussing to the company's executives and franchise ownership. The workers may be a slight issue, but the culture andattitudes created start at the top. It's a definite sign that top brass in KFC are lazy, sorry, and could care less.
