Called fast food. But actually slow food.. 30 to 45 minute wait time in the drive thru.. always missing a food item.. 9 times... out of 10 the fries are cold.. and the service is horrible.. they take your order with attitudes like they hate there job.. it'sridiculous.. Read more

Lord this place needs help BADLY... 3 PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN ALWAYS STANDING AROUND LOOKING AT THE LOBBY WHEN THEY SHOULD BE... COOKING... AND 2 PEOPLE IN THE FRONT BAGGING THE FOOD... Been the the drive through line for 30 plus mins and still haven't made it to the menu to order. The inside is closed so what's... takeing so long for them to take orders and get this line moving. And this ain't the first time either. This store the the worstand something needs to be done about it asap oh wait there's more I get to the order menu and she says sorry we're only servingchicken nuggets and fries at the moment ???? The WORST McDonald's experience. They were completely out of ALL soft drinks. No coffee for iced coffee drink options. Only got... 2 of our 3 fries and both were half filled. Workers were rude.. just handed us our bags without saying a word. Read more

You meet one really sweet worker every few months and then never see them again once complimenting their work ethic. Closes or... refuses to make things at odd random times; a major inconvenience. Staff is mostly rude, doesn?t speak back to you, gives youcold fries and then acts like you were the one that handed them out. I?m not paying $4 to buy and then keep something that isn?tgood enough to consume or enjoy and makes your throat close when you try to eat it. Went through drive through ordering process and come to find out their card machine was busted. Ok, that's fine but there were... no signs and the person taking orders vaguely said "exact cash" which we took to mean they didn't have change. Wish theyexplicitly said cash only or our machine is busted, that would've saved us some time. Anyway wasted 10 mins for nothing. Read more

Worst customer service I have witnessed in a while. The cashier (light blue shirt with the pink hair included for reference... since she was not wearing a name tag) was rude. She kept walking away from customers without speaking merely putting up a fingerfor us to wait. She ignored my multiple requests for sugar and cream for my hot tea. I was dining in and my food placed in a bagon the counter without my order number being called therefore my food was cold. It is not expected that a customer know theirfood is ready if the cashier does not call their order out loud. Overall the only good experience was the establishment beingadequately clean however, one of the sinks in the women?s bathroom would not turn on. The woman whom I assume is the managerwas nice enough regarding my drink. I will not be returning. Read more
