It?s too early in the day for an establishment restroom to be that nasty. It was 11:15am and most of the customers were at the... drive through. Of course the lobby area is really nice but hate I could not hold my water and had to use the restroom. Simplydisgusting it had the look of not being cleaned for awhile. My husband said that mens restroom was disgusting as well. Theemployees have to use the same restroom so I am sure they are aware. Well want be visiting that Starbucks again when travelingto SC. I will make sure I am hit the coffee shop near my house before hitting the road. Lesson learned!! Read more

i just went to this starbucks around 8:15 and the customer service was phenomenal. They were very busy (as they usually are) but... they were getting orders out very quickly and still were giving such positive vibrant attitudes. the cashier especially was justwonderful and so so so kind! i wish i had gotten her name so i could give her the recognition she deserves, but either waystarbucks is lucky to have her! Waited in line like your supposed to; staff waited on a regular customer before me.??????? I finally asked if I could give my... order, 2 people said they weren't clocked in yet. (So, why are you out behind the counter, if not ready to go to work???) Thegirl that did take my order got it mixed up, then asked me if I wanted coffee in my frappuccino. (Well, yes, that's why I'mhere, right?) Just very disappointing, even the drink,that I waited for, for 10 minutes, and only 2 customers inside. Almost 7dollars for some aggravation. Giving low rating simply because they?re constantly out of stock with popular items. It is a weekly occurrence and by now they... (management) should be able to anticipate how much to order each time, so that the supply will last a full week. Positiveside-the drive thru workers are always really friendly. Starbucks is awesome! I love that we have one now. The employees have been very nice to me. Most of the negative reviews seem to... be from impatient people. They just opened y?all and there?s a staffing shortage everywhere. Note to those people. If you can?twait, maybe you?d be better off making your own coffee at home. ?? When you go during busy times, there will most likely be await. Alternatively you could go early in the morning. I typically go there at around 7 am, and there?s never a wait at all. Read more
