This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. The last time I went in to pick up an order there was an irate employee prancing... back and forth behind the calendar hollering that he didn't care if the next shift shows up, he's leaving because the ownerdoesn't care about him. I was in the shop for about 15 minutes and he hollered on and on the entire time. And to top that,when the other employee made my sandwich I told him that I believed I had ordered it toasted, he looked at the receipt and saidit wasn't but dodnt offer to toast it. There was so much tension on the restaurant I decided to keep my mouth closed rather thaninsist. By the way, when I looked at the receipt I pointed out to him it had been ordered toasted and he just looked at me withnothing to say. This time I placed an online order and my son went in to pick up our order. My sandwich was a gruesome mess! It had so much mustard on it, I had to wipe it off the entire sandwich and even then it still had an enormous amount thatremained and the entire sandwich tasted like only mustard. It was disgusting!!! We've lived in this community for more than 25years, we won't be wasting any more money at this location again. It's really a shame because Subway is a great healthy optionto fast food. Read more
Went there and it was busy we waited and waited when got up there to order food guy had additude he threw my food on bread like... he didn't care when I ask him about a sandwich he told me he didn't have time to tell me bout them.Well I thought that was hisjob but he don't think so..he didn't even want to take the coupons that we had .. service was turible and he needs to just stayat home if he has that kind of additude.. My visit today will be my last. Subway had no bread available, (except for flatbreads and wraps). Barely any variety in the... drink cooler and someone's anti-diarrhea medication wrappers left amongst the chips. Employee stated they haven't had ice for 3months. Drink machine was not cold at all. To top it all off, they charged me *$11.09* for a tiny salad. Will not bereturning. Read more
Ordered online so I didn't see who made my sandwich, so when I got my sandwich, it had the condiments in the middle of the meat... and cheese with the bread left dry, my son sandwich I had toasted was more or less heated with the mayo and turkey all togetherso it tasted like warm eggs with under cooked meat. I don't review often, but I don't even want my money back. I just want tomake sure that if you decide to eat from here, ORDER INSIDE AND NOT ONLINE. Read more
My husband and I entered the store today at approximately 1:40pm there were no other customers in the store with the exception... of the female employees that were standing at the counter laughing and looking at there cell phone. Not one employee greeted usupon entry or ask us what we wanted we stood there and waited for 5mins they looked at us and looked back at there cell phoneand continued talking among themselves and laughing. The food was great. But the service was not. One person inside with a big order and 1 person outside smoking a cigarette and... would not come in and help. That put me waiting 20 minutes to get my food done and then I was late to get back to work. When theperson outside finally came in she never even tried to help out she just disappeared. Read more
