The food was good, hot and fresh. The drive thru lady was very friendly. We got the combo with 3 hard shell tacos and added 2... bean burritos and I got a mango freeze that was delicious. Read more

This should be a "0" star because we never received service. I had planned to dine in so I approached the counter & after... several minutes of waiting for cashier service I asked one of the drive-thru employees if someone could take my order. She saidthey had no one to take my order so if I wanted to place my order I would have to use the self-service kiosk. Why does it take 3employees to run the drive-thru? All you need is a cashier & a bagger if its busy. This was 2:00pm & there were 2 to 3 cars inthe drive thru. One of those 3 could have worked as the dining room cashier. They are not efficiently making use of theiremployees & they will keep losing customers especially in the dining room. Taco Bell needs better management training. Read more

Don't normally care if my orders are messed up but I'm on painkillers and unable to drive. Ordered 3 taco combo with no sour... cream/lettuce and some stuff added, got tacos with lettuce and a lot of sour cream and no drink. So I opted for redeliveryinstead of a credit/refund and I got the drink but the tacos were the same lol Read more

Food gets five stars. Service was polite but extremely slow. Slow to take our order with no apology given, food was great, but... there was no sauce in the bag. Server specifically ask what kind of sauce an still placed none in bag, not a single one. Washighly disappointed there was no sauce. It was even on the receipt. Read more

The lady manager on duty had a nasty attitude. I asked the cashier for a receipt for my mobile order and she asked the manager.... The manager came up and said I couldn't have one and walled away. Then I odered a chicken power bowl and the rice was super hardand not fresh (rice cake hard). I asked the cashier could I have some fresh rice. The manager came back to the window again andsaid, (in a fed up tone), we just cooked that rice at 5pm. Well it is after 7 so it was not just cooked. And it was not freshand every bite had a mouthful of hard grains. So I waited on my receipt and my fresh rice. I let them know I get a receipt allthe time that is the only way I order. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager she said that is the manager. I asked for thehead manager. He was not there. I will be making a corporate call.. The manager came back and gave the receipt to the cashierand said "here tell her to have a good day." (With an attitude) and walked away bumping into the young cashier who looked likeshe was just stuck in the middle. This was not the kind of customer service I expected from Taco Bell being I go there 4 daysout of the 7 every week. Signed a disappointed loyal customer. Read more
