Wait staff was nice and attentive. There were no less than 10 flies JUST around our table;some dead but most were alive. The... syrup dispenser had nasty , old , and dried contents on it. The sausage was so greasey it took 4 napkins to soak up the grease. Read more
Absolutely some of the best grits I have had in a long time. Had a breakfast bowl, the cook did a great job.
Absolute worst service! We went in to order to GO, and upon ordering, the "Rockstar" cook immediately got irate that she had... to get off her phone and cook. As the gentleman called out what to pull, she was throwing our food on the grill like slop! Hadit not been for my child and fiance being so hungry, so late....we would've walked out. Food was terrible, thrown in theplates, and all messed up. We watched and heard the gentleman show her he labeled the plates as they she be prepared.... itwas like she intentionally mixed our food up.... 44.00 for slop! I'll never eat there again. I walked out due to being soangry at her customer service, etc.... my child and fiance didn't want their food to be spit in or anything so they stayedinside to watch, and come outside to leave telling me how nasty it was in there! Get rid of the whole crew.... clean it up, and maybe it'll stand a chance. Read more
Had it not been for the waitress this rating would had been 1 star. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them over... the phone we arrived with a 30 passenger bus. As soon as we arrived the male cook got an attitude. The lady kept it up. Malecook started starring at us, as telling us to leave. Waitress started taking the orders and 10 minutes later a young female cookarrived. I didn?t get their names. As soon as the female cook arrived her and the nice waitress had everything under control.Thats the type of employees a company needs, male cook os the rotten apple on this group. My experience was awesome! Almost felt bad to see people working so hard. Such dedicated employees whom care a lot! Much respect... as my food took 3 minutes and costs less than a cup of coffee for a meal. The best waffle house on earth. Will be back soon! Read more
When I get in the place the waitness looked me like huuh and the they give coffea and the mug was dirty I notice that when I... almost finish my coffee and the waitness didnt care about it then they serve muy food and she didnt bring me my ham she was onher phone then I ask her and she get mad I was waiting for to long and then finally she bring my ham and she brings me 2 theother lady gets mad and told her why are you giving her 2 and she repond is because she wait too long.
