I ordered one pack sweet potato fries, and they charged me for 3 packs. I told them I need one only. They fixed it and asked me... if it is for here. I confirmed but they put food into a paper bag which is for take out normally. When I sat down and open thepaper bag, I found it was potato fries, not sweet potato fries. I remembered when I ordered food, there were wait lines in frontof other restaurants, nobody came to this one. Now I understand why. Who would like to go to a restaurant like this?! Read more

A standard A&W fast food restaurant with the standard fare; however, I do appreciate that meals served in the food court (as... opposed to take-out), are served on actual dishware and with real glasses. This is part of an eco project with Carrefour Lavalto reduce waste and energy. I have found, however, that there are times that the wait is much too long, considering that therewere very few customers at the time. This is supposed to be FAST food, and one shouldn't have to wait so long to be served. Read more
