Careful if you have allergies! Despite a clear black and white note on the cash register indicating that for allergies we... should contact the manager for more informations on the products, none of the three employees on Monday could answer me? I askedthe young lady who takes the order if there was gluten in the soft vanilla ice cream. The lady said I don?t know. So I said, butit says on your cash register to ask for question about allergies. She turned to her colleague, asked and then turned back tome totally annoyed saying ?we don?t know!!!? Not even trying to check a little more to find out! I?m celiac! I cannot eat anytrace of gluten so I need to ask for everything I eat out of home? Of course, there are very slim chances that there is glutenin vanilla ice cream but there could be? and If it is written that I should ask for allergies and I get answered ?I don?t know?from them? then I believe I should not spend a cent in that place. I am putting a lot of energy to raise awareness on foodintolerances and food allergies and stories like that annoys me. To the manager of the Dairy Queen carrefour Laval, to avoidfurther issues like that in the future, or even worst, dramatic food allergy reactions from your clients, please ensure youtrain all your employees on what to answer or give them a one pager summary with all allergens in your products. Delicious Ice Cream, and great value for price!

When a 9 year old gets to the counter to order and she mistakenly orders a McFurry, cause 9 year olds do that. Don?t be rude... and tell her you don?t have it and ignore her. My little girl was on the verge of tears. You try and teach your children someindependence and the Cashier pulls this! I spoke to that same cashier after and asked her why she was rude and she comes backwith they?re not the same thing. Rather then saying, oh you mean a Blizzard and being sweet to a child.
