Warning!! There are thieves around this place. I stayed two nights August 8/9 2022. Had two bicycles stolen from the parking lot... on the second night. I reported it to management they said they had no cameras pointing in the direction of where I was parked.They just said to call the police . They also said they had other burglaries on this property in the past in the vehicles. Toobad I was just starting my vacation and was looking forward to biking around:) . Other than than that the hotel itself is a niceclean place but it is unfortunate that they could not provide better security. Read more

There was literally nothing to complain about. From the moment we parked the car to the moment we needed help with accommodation... in our room, everything was excellent. Clean rooms, and facilities, amazing breakfast and dinner area, awesome healthy foodchoices, and fast, professional and friendly staff. Our stay was great especially thanks to the reception personnel who workedon July 1st evening, for they helped us with adding an extra folding bed for our daughter, and a microwave to our room, andthat in no time!!! I arrived and my room air was very stale. The Ac wasn?t working and I had to plug the unit in. The room then had a weird smell... coming from the air conditioner. The bed was comfortable but the bedding somewhat rough. The worst part was all of the noisefrom the hallway and person walking upstairs- had one of the worst sleeps I have ever had while traveling. Will definitely notbe returning here- there are other lodging options in the area and prefer those over this stay. Read more

Kids loved the stay with the indoor pool and spa for adult. Room is clean but has this smell, it?s weird. Not too many people... staying in and service is impeccable! Love the restaurant and staffs are really helping and joyful. Glade that there arecharging stations, but unhappy that they are paying. It?s not expensive, juste 1$/hr, so why not include it instead of forcustomers to go through all the hassles to register and account to be able to charge? Read more
