The first time I've been, I absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere and decor is amazing! But today (Thursday afternoon), I... called to make reservations to celebrate and plan a birthday dinner with a group of friends... And I was told on the phone, abit rudely in my opinion, that they don't take groups anymore for Friday and Saturday. Just from the way the employee spoke tome, it just bothered me how it was handled and could have been a bit more apologetic and not rudely cut me off to tell me Ican't make reservations... I can understand that I was maybe making last minute reservation for a day later, and that therestaurant could be busy during those times, but I really wish the service on the phone could have been better...... I'm not a big fan of mall restaurants. But this place has a nice decor that creates a good atmosphere. The food is delicious and... better then your other "mall Italians". And they are really welcoming for families with Small kids. Even on a busy evening. Themanagers always seem to care and have a smile for you and the kids. Most of the pizza restaurant will overlook the importance of making a vegetarian pizza, failing to meet customer's expectation... of having various sort of vegetable as a base. Beautifully decorated restaurant and the ingredients are fresh! The employees should be more enthusiastic a little smile on... their face would make a big difference! I enjoyed every minute of it. The food doesn't disappoint, and I love the welcoming ambiance. The burata is absolutely... delicious, and the nutella pizza can indulge any sweet tooth.
