Worst restaurant I have tried till now. Worst packaging, they deliver ribs sitting on top of poutine when you replace your fries... with poutin! Their ribs could not be worst for me, no taste. Their mac and cheese was aweful with some chips sitting on top thati cannot understand. Do not recommend this place at all. Read more

I came to Jack Saloon with some friends on Thursday and oh boy was it an experience to remember. I came to the restaurant after... a long day of work and I was starving, I ordered the biggest burger on the menu and after hours of waiting and seeing my friendsslowly get their food I realized that even though me and the waitress talked about the food and she wrote my order down shecompletely forgot to tell the kitchen and I never got my food. At that point I couldn't wait another 2 hours so I had to leaveand went to McDonalds. To make it better a couple of friends paid for the all you can eat oyster special offered on Thursdaysand surely enough they ran out of oysters. If you enjoy leaving restaurants hungrier than when you went in, overpriced drinksand not the best service this is the place for you! Read more
Average food, overpriced drinks and music playing way too loud. This 5 star review is only here as a testimony to the truly... outstanding work of our waitress Julie and busboy Jojo that went over and beyond to salvage our evening even with everythingworking against them. Exceptional staff that shouldered the weight of an entire business and worked miracles. If I do return, itwill be for the staff and nothing else. Read more
I would give this place a 3.5. The service was ok. Our waitress was super nice but it took a while for us to get our food,... especially given this place was only maybe 3/4 full. We ordered the blue sangria. It was a bit watery but ok for the price(32$), I've had much better. My husband had the ribs with a chili poutine which was good. I had the fried chicken and waffleswith the mac & cheese. I am a huge fan of mac & cheese and try it everywhere I go- this one was ok. (The sauce was kinda lumpyand sweet, not my thing.) The chicken was a bit overcooked but the plate itself was very good. I had been to the Jack Saloon inthe old port and found their food, decor at atmosphere much better. Keeping this is mind, and considering the amount our dinnercost, I give this place a 3.5. Read more
