First time at KFC in many years and quite possibly the last time. Made order for take out online to have food ready when we got... there. Long lineup of people, it was dinner rush after all. No clear indications of how to pickup up our order in restaurant, waited in line with other customers and noticed line was not really moving at all. Cashier seemed really not interested in herjob, very inarticulate when speaking with customers, maybe it was her chewing gum that made her very incoherent. While waitingnoticed that floors were very dirty, as were chairs and tables. Some people started complaining about wait times and cashiertold everyone they ran out of chicken !!!! I almost fell down when I heard it, but thank god I didn't because I would probablyneed antibiotics judging by cleanliness of the floor. Finally an hour after placing our order we finally got our food, of coursewhen we got home the order was incorrect and I was not even surprised, missing items and wrong drinks but I was not in any moodto go back there, it was really a very unpleasant experience. Service at this location has always historically been slow. If you order for online pickup, the order is almost never ready when... you arrive at the specified time. There's also only a single lineup for the cash register, so even if you ordered online youhave to wait in line like everyone else before you can actually pick up your order (assuming it's ready). The last straw for mewas this evening, I placed an online order at 7:10pm instructing me to show up at 7:25pm (The store closes at 11pm onSaturdays). I arrived at the store to find the doors locked & a sign on the door saying something along the lines of "due tounforeseen circumstances, the store is currently closed and all online orders will be fulfilled tomorrow". I had to contacttheir international customer service line to request a refund. Avoid this location at all costs. Drive the extra mile toliterally any other location on the island, you'll probably end up getting your food faster that way. Read more
Never again. The place is dirty, the doors are hard to open. I ordered a pop corn chicken poutine. The price was supposed to be... 7.49 plus tax. Which comes out to 8.31. the cashier saw I had a 10 dollar bill in my hand and said 10dollars. I thought that'sodd. She gave me my poutine and went on to serve the next person. I asked for the manager. And explained that I never got mybill nor my change. They gave me my change. Very weird interaction.When I went to eat it the gravy was watery andflavorless. Dirty restaurant, dirty doors, dirty tables with some garbage on them and veeeery dirty washroom; the smell is unbearable and no... paper at all, so good like drying your hands and... Garbages full and and employees leaning on counter waiting... But waitingfor what, go clean you restaurant for God's sake. Blame is again on Covid? BS. Honestly, I dunno how a multinational like KFCcan permit that one of their restaurants becomes so filthy. I usually don't like to bring down businesses, but this one crossedthe limits. DO NOT go here. The counter person did not know what the Famous Chicken Sandwich was (and it?s their marquee item). They did not... give any dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken and it took almost half an hour to get my order. Avoid this location at all costs Read more
