Tried dining-in.. we were told to take a seat and scan the QR code to order.. half an hour in, not a single server came to us to... check-in or anything. Turns out our order never made it to the kitchen and we never got our food.. we were then asked to orderwith the waiter but given the circumstances we left as it was too slow. Servers should at least come within 5-10 mins if we haveany questions but no one did so we had no idea that our order was never received by the kitchen.. waste of time Read more

I just went to try, ordered a chicken soup. The cook to noodles from the fridge and put them in hot water then took 5 pieces of... precooked chicken and put them in a bowl then he put the noodles, still luke warm mind you! the small bowl was half full. thebouillon was served separately i guess it was to warm the food by the time i got home. the whole experience was disgusting, ithrew the food out. this cost me 16.10$ Read more

This was our first time here and boy did we try many items off their menu! - the gyoza was good and served hot so we liked it. -... the bun with pork was also good but the sauce was a little on the sweeter side but definitely still a good choice. - the bun bohue and pho were good but I wouldn't rate them the best - the tonkatsu ramen was delicious. The meat was very tender and all thecomponents blended well together. - the banh mi was a big one and very flavourful. - the bubble teas were also good. The entireorder was not pricey at all which was a bonus. Service was good and the lady running the store was very sweet as well as herdaughter. We will definitely be going back! Read more

First time trying this place, we LOVE their noodle soups, especially the “Bun Bo Hue” with the sweet/spicy dipping sauce.... Finish it off with a fresh mango smoothie and passion fruit soda lemonade! We’ll be back again! Read more

Before going I looked at the menu and was not so eager because they have pho ans ramen on the menu… a weird mix. However,... what convinced me was the 14h Tonkotsu broth on the menu. I love Tonkotsu ramens, these are my favourite. And it was quitegood, the noodles were thick enough and the soup creamy as it should be. The chashu was perfectly cooked, tender, moist andflavourful, and the egg was well marinated not too salty and also perfectly cooked. I also tasted the spicy miso, which was asgood as mine. It is a good place to get a good ramen bowl for a fair price. Read more

First time at KÒI, we had a nice lunch and tried a few different things. I liked their version of spicy General Tao with... noodles, the sauce was a tiny bit too sweet imho but overall it's different and the dish was pretty good! I'll be coming back, next time I'll try their Pho soup. Read more
