Went there with my mother and sister and we were very disappointed! The tartares were wet as if they just defreeze them on the... spot and the food had zero taste like zero seasoning en plus it was overpriced will never go back again and will tell all myfriends and family not to go there!! Update: Owner called me and explained the whole situation which I understood so I gave Kuto another chance and went back. This... time it really felt like an all you can eat, services came in under 10 mins and I really ate until I couldn't anymore. Thewaitresses were really kind and even remembered us. First time I went there everything was when they opened and everything wasperfect. The tartars were amazing, the waiters were present for us and food arrived quickly. Second time was for the all youcan eat and it was a disaster. Food took too much time to come, around 45 mins for 4 oz, we stayed 3 hours there and we werestill hungry at the end. I still think the waiters did a good job even though they were really understaffed. I felt they weretrying their best in spite of the situation and I appreciate that. Unacceptable delays. People were blatantly walking out after waiting for service. It would take a minimum of 30 minutes for a... plate to arrive. You obviously cannot cater to "all you can eat service" at that rate of preparation. Stop advertising andpromoting services which cannot be fulfilled. The only highlight of our visit was the lovely waitress, by the name of Anais. Sheand the rest of your staff should not be put under that kind of pressure due to the fault of management. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life. Went to Wednesday all you can eat and had 3 tartares while staying... there for almost 4hrs. Understaffed, told the waitress to bring water and she forgot twice so I had to get it myself. At ourarrival, it took them 30minutes to take our 1st order and an additionnal 30minutes for the 1st tartare to arrive. At the end thewaitress tells us there's no more tartare even though I didn't even get my fill. And she had the guts to ask us if it was okayat the end.
