Can i give a negative star rating for service?Management is horrible. 20 minutes for a coffee! Half the staff walks around,... looking around with their hand on their waste, waiting on hashbrowns or whatever because they fill order by order. Why not haveone person dedicated to coffee? Theres about 20 people waiting for food and its not peak hours ???? construction workers aregetting mad, because it takes 20 min to get coffee on their 15 min break Its fast food.. not rocket science my friends. It?s nice that the store got a new revamp looks good, but it?s not the look of the store that was the problem. It?s unfortunate... ,with such a great location that this store cannot maintain the food quality. Paid for a double big mac and im missing half thesandwich. Food is not cheap,Very Disappointing. The counter was not friendly to the Deaf people, because I was hungry I came to get some food to take out through the car late... at night. She said that sorry don?t have a debit card or no ordering of food, but I had seen other people pay by debit or cashbecause they don't want to communicate with me. I was so upset with them. That's why I never come back to that not-good accessfor McDonald's! They need to respect the disability and learn how to be patient with the communication!!!! Read more
How is this place even still open??? Maybe if your ice cream machine worked EVER it wouldn't be so bad. But this place is the... worst. Dirty AF. Poor service. Great experience with Mcdo Curé-Labelle. Clean, well cooked, juicy. Seriously very impressed by the quality compared to other... McDonald's. Go look at my pics, you will be hungry very quickly. It is a no brainer, a good fast-food burger. You cannot gowrong with this staples of the burger. I recommend this franchise located at Cure Labelle Laval. Read more
I can understand that there will be the occasional delay as machines break down, etc. but this should not obviate the need for a... sincere apology. My iced coffee was delivered black even though I only specified ?no ice ?and ?no sugar?. To add insult toinjury, no apology was proffered, and once the cream was added it was left to yours truly to stir the mixture, as this omissionwas another oversight. Read more
It was good like always! The fries were hot the burgers were awesome I don't know what to say else. The service was incredible!
