I never have left reviews on any restaurant because i generally don?t care to do one, but this is my local McDonald?s and i... simply asked for a cup of water because i was thirsty, but the manager refused to give one??? This woman is snapping andSCREAMING at me and my boyfriend how ?we don?t do that? and not to mention, a BOSS is yelling at a client? She was so insanelyrude saying to ?go to the gas station? and that she never heard that order in her life?. Lol. Is it really not normal to ask forwater? She should be embarrassed to be a manager with a tone like that, not even letting us get a word in at first. It was 2:00in the morning, and there is no excuse to act that way. Everyone's there need to be fired and replaced by more competent staff; after waiting more than 15mn for my order, they told me... the manager said he already gave me the full order; I went in and a lady said she's the manager and she was the one that shegave me, I told her show me in the camera so she ran away; and then, a dude came in saying his now the manager and that hedidn't believe me, who lies about a 5 bucks burger... I told him too to show me in the camera, he became unstable, told him tostraight up as a leader and show the example to his employees, so the lady that originally told me to wait, told him that I gotnothing and then I got my order... Covid made a lot of good people being replaced by conscientious- incompetent that just fill agap... Hope the economy goes back to its previous standards... Read more

This store needs a public health inspection ASAP. What was supposed to be a poutine, was a couple of stone cold fries topped... with a reddish jello-like subtance. Again McDonald?s helping Canadian to kill the poverty , a $5 meal and $1 any size coffee , who can not pay that price for a meal... I love it when I start my day with a large coffee for $1 only and the best part every 7 cups I got two free coffee one from theapplication ( M app) And one from the coupon on the cup , about that McDonald?s I don?t know what is the secret with themhamburger it taste amazing juicy and extremely fresh maybe because it is outside of Montréal ?
