Service was extremely slow and I have patience. From the time I place my order from the McD?s app to the moment I received my... food, felt like 10- 15 mins. They were only 2 to 3 customers ahead of me around lunch time. Ordered the Szechuan McChicken andit was dry. No sauce. Barely any sauce as if they scraped it on the bun, even a regular McChicken has more sauce. The burger wasfresh but way too dry for my liking. Next time, I?ll return my food if they do this again and I?ll make sure to ask for extrasauce when placing my order !!! Read more
Very badly run. Long wait times even when there is absolutely no one. Staff is lost and slow but cant blame them completely i... believe the problem is the owner. Probably shouldnt own a fast food joint. Food is old and stale. And these problems occur everysingle time. Done with this location. Gave it enough chances. If i could give it half a star i would. Amazing employees, talented. I'm giving this bad review for the owner. It's unacceptable to work alone in a busy rush, a friday... too. You're making your employees suffer and tire up. I rarely give 1 star review ... i always give second chances ... i word right next to it ... i go there or used (as of today) to... go there 2 3 times a week. It as to be the worst mc donald in canada ... The service takes forever ... half of the time the mccafé machine dosent work so i cant get my cappucinno. Typical wait is 15-20 minutes for a burger. Completely annihilates any attempt at claiming this restaurant as "fast food".... Burgers are made very sloppy. Items missing. No one at front cash. Who manages this restaurant?? Clearly there are majorinadequacies. Will not return. Read more
This is by far THE WORST MCDOANALDS i?ve been at ever. It is 3 min from my house but would rather go to the one on des... Laurentides then to give Mr. Levy the owner a single penny. Undersaffed , dirty and slooooow as hell. Today february 17th wentto car service ordered just a SINGLE Md double at 12.27pm paid at 12:29 pm and once at the window at 12.40 the single no brainerMcdouble wasn?t ready. Had to wait another 3 minuntes to finally get my order at 12:43. JESUS Mr. Levy do you not think 16minutes is too much for a single burger??? Anyway I will take my business elsewhere beaucuse it?s obvious that you have no cluehow to run a business; you own another Mcd?s that has the same issues. Coffee always tastes burn and they never put what you want inside. Sandwiches look like a mess, they just throw everything... together without a care. Managers seem to not care if there is a huge line up and don't even help, and the best part...not asclean or as good as other McDonald's at Walmart Read more
