I ordered some stuff on Ubereats for delivery and the ice cream was missing. I called to let them know my order was partial,... they only offered me a voucher for the same item for me to come get in store at a later time. The issue with this is that I paidto have a set number of ites delivered, if I got only part of me order both McDonald's has to make up for it in a much betterway and cover the delivery fee or send me the missing item with them paying for delivery. Ordered on the app, got there and decided to get delivery to car since I was working. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes which I... wouldn't complain about, it happens the staff might've been overwhelmed. The app showed me that they gave it to me so I decidedto go in to check since it might've been an error and as I walked in the staff was discussing in front of customers if theyshould or shouldn't spit in my food since I decided to get car delivery. McDonald's no more a fast food! We waited for more than 20 min to have our order...at one McDonald's branch in Notre Dame Ile... Perrot we had to cancel our order... coming to a next branch in Laval..same happened: waiting time of more than 20 minutes toget the order ...an incomplete order! Read more

Good locaiton, just off the highway. The mobile order delivery was in a great location too for the customer and the staff. Food... arrived within reasonable time and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely one of the best McDonalds I've experienced. Read more

Very unhygienic. I don?t think they clean the trashcans indoors. There were so many gnats that the ketchup dispenser was... blackened. You can?t grab anything around it (paper, cup cover, straws) or else all the gnats fly around and at you. Unsure ifit?s normal for all McDonald?s , but I was surprised to see the guy hold the Burger patties with his bare hands. I was okayuntil I saw him eat a nugget after. Don?t want any of your germs travelling into my food. Also, there?s barely any sauce in mycheeseburger. You just put a single slice of pickle. And there?s no onion pieces in it. This is the worst past 9 pm it is literally so slow and so rude they are trying to be fast but he couldn?t even let me finish my... order saying are done after every item like give the client some time to speak. I get that it?s short staff but slow down and berespectful also try some French cause some people are not comfortable with English be professional. I ordered from this macdonalds on Uber eats at 7:30am and got a breakfast that was made 8 hours ago. My entire order was stale... and hard. I wish Google reviews would allow me to post the video I took of how solid my McMuffin was, lightly tapping itagainst my table and hearing a knocking sound. It was so hard I couldn?t bite into it. Stale. Gross. You?d think for acorporation so large that they would just make fresh breakfast to keep the clients happy. But nope. I got an 8 hour oldbreakfast. If I wanted that I would?ve made my own breakfast last night and warmed it up this morning. Never eating from thislocation again. Read more
