Management should be pro-active about training their young staff who worked at the counter. The girl behind the counter called... out my name and dropped the box on the top of the counter like she was trying to get rid of me. She did not smile, thank me orwish me a good day. I give it 4 stars for taste, while for service 2 stars is generous, hence the 3 stars review. First this is the second time when... I find a group of boys in front of the door talking and smoking, then when I was inside I was ignored for a good 3-4 minutesuntil someone else entered to be served and I raised the point that I have been waiting there for a while now and my order wasnot taken yet. Much lighter and fluffier than Tim bits, less calories and some vegan toppings available. Our favorite flavor remains the... sugar/cinnamon. Found the others too sweet and clawing. Loved the strawberry flavor ones, but could do without the sugarcoating. Not sure if we could have ordered it that way but they make them to order, so maybe. A bit pricey. 12 puffs for5.50$ (June 2018 pricing). This is the original location. Renovated and expanded since June 2018. I like the new look andgreat that there is more inside seating. Read more

Delicious pastries. I was served fast and our order was done in under a minute. I found the place too loud and a bit crowded. It... was my first time here, but it was reccomended by 2 friends who both advised to eat them as fresh as possible. I got saltedcaramel and cinamon sugar. I very much enjoyed both flavours. Dont know what the big deal is about this place. When I got there at about 6pm it was packed with people coming for pick-up, and... the staff behind the counter looking very stressed. I asked myself- what is this madness? This stuff is mostly sugar in variousforms- very little flavour other than- you guessed it-- sugar flavour. When I brought my box home of 12+ assortments- it stunkthe kitchen out for days with a sickly sweet smell made me feel nauseous. Someone else ended up eating them, thankfully.
