Fries from New York. Good but not as good as Canadian Fries

I ordered a poutine but they didn?t charge me the right one. I came back to know if it was possible to change it even though my... friend?s kid already started to eat it. I went there today with my son. The server was so rude. When she doesn't hear us, she kept saying 'WHAT?' so loudly with a frown... face. And she charged a DeLuxe hot dog as we ordered, but gave us a regular one. No cheese. No bacon! I don't understand why sheis there if she does not want to work. Read more

The poutine gravy has changed and not what i expected. It was way too salty, i am wondering if it is this location only that has... changed the sauce or all locations. I was expecting the dark and thick gravy NYF has always served. This one was light brown andtremendously salted. If NYF changes their sauce recipe it will be the end for all NYF's. I would kindly like to be refunded. Ido not have a copy of the receipt due to the current situation but can provide you with a bank statement. It is impossible toleave a complaint on their website as you get an error message. Read more
