Pre covid this was a reasonable good place to eat. Now I went back and was very disappointed. Veggies for the soup where past... serving. Rotten half leaves on the dish. The soup tasted very watery and the pasta was just overcooked spaghetti. Obviously muchcheaper then a Vietnamese rice pasta or egg pasta. The price since February increased by nearly 60 %. The owner did never stopby or asked at checkout if it was good or not. She probably knew the answer. I will never go back and not recommend it. Read more
I felt I was disturbing when I drove 15 mins from home to get a take out. The cashier was not welcoming. My rolls were really... small compare to other restaurant and I didnt like the noodles used for my meal. But flavors were good. Small portion.... Notwelcoming service ... Tasty food. Read more
food up to par with chinatown. well worth saving the treck to downtown and parking. prices are ok. service good. Update... November 14, 2021. From last I remember seems like the portions have become smaller. Less items in my soup compared to mostplaces we frequent. My daughter plate wasn't full compared to most places. The food is the imitation of real Vietnamese food it more food for none Vietnamese people. The price is not worth the amount of... food you get.that portion is half what I usual get in a good Vietnamese restaurant. The service is slow and not attentive to itcustomer. Read more

Really like this place! It?s really affordable, tasty and good! Always fast service and super polite staff! What can you ask for... me under 10$ I must say I go weekly and haven?t been disappointed yet! Highly recommended for all you pho or Asian foodcravings! Read more
An "OK" Pho restaurant. Pho 28 serves an "OK" bowl of Pho. Not the worst, but not the best. Better than what crappy Vietnamese... restaurants try to pass of as Pho, as the selection of ingredients and varieties are authentic, but that's where it ends. Thebroth is mediocre, the meats are tough and chewy, so that makes me give the soup a 2.5-3.0/5. Its ok for a local bowl, ifyou're not willing to make the trek to a better place, but much better Pho can be had within a 15-20 min drive. Service is alsook, and what I really don't appreciate is their setup on the debit/credit card machine. When you get to the part where you canadd a tip, they have preselected 15%, 18%, and 20% as your choices. You must pick one of the above. I'm sorry, but I find thatcompletely unacceptable.
