I?m literally sitting in the parking lot after trying this restaurant, regretting that I even gave them my money or a chance... after seeing their poor reviews. If it was my money versus expensing, I would have asked for it back. The woman in charge isgrumpy and hateful. If you like a place with too many pings and beeps and everything going off while you?re eating, you?re inthe right place. It was completely consistently annoying. If you like a restaurant that says one thing on their website for whattheir offerings are, and something else all together in person, you?ve come to the right place. BTW, NO BANH MI HERE. FYI incase you saw it online and thought you?d come here. It?s not even on the menu. If you like your shrimp rolls full of onlyiceberg lettuce and two small pieces of shrimp versus any other cucumber or sprout or anything to make it tasty, then you?vecome to the right place. If you like fried wontons that basically have no taste just crunch, you?ve come to the right place. Ifyou try to order a shrimp vegetable soup and add chicken and want to be argued with that you should order a chicken soup and addvegetables, then you?ve come to the right place. If you order takeout and ask for a spoon, expect to have it thrown down at youon a dirty table very distastefully. Was it because I was too nice? No smile I gave her could break her ignorant attitude. I candefinitely understand why this restaurant is so poorly rated. From the moment I walked in all alone on this trip, I feltunwanted. Ordered a pho soup on ubereats , ordered extra chicken , extra noodles , and extra vegetables . There?s no option for extra... bouillon . After calling the restaurant and asking them to provide me with extra bouillon they refused to provide it as there isan extra charge(what?s the point of extra chicken, noodles , and veggies with no extra bouillon ) . The food was great. I loved the pho and the spring rolls but can someone please teach the waiter to learn some manners. He was... so rude didn?t even welcome us we had to go to the cash to ask for a seat. He forgot about our orders and there was no utensilwhen you asked the waiter didn?t even bother to come back. Also he was making eye contact with us. We had to go back again oncash after 20 minutes to get our utensils. In sum, if you want someone to treat you badly and you want pay for it go dine inthere. The ph? was sooo good! Very reasonable price for the big bowl we got. There?s only one size but it?s enough to feel you up. The... spring and egg roll were delicious. Love the chè ba màu (dessert). The staffs are very nice and the service very fast. Give ita try when you?re in the area. Read more
I recommend the bun bo hue, the place is very comfortable and clean! great variety of soups and drinks, they need to improve... the service by the waiters, sometimes they are rude and not courteous . Right when we walk in, waitress didn?t welcome us with a hi, rather with a : VACCINE PASSPORT AND ID. Service was quick. We... ordered 2 #9 pho with well done beef. There is just ONE size of PHO available which is medium. Imperial rolls are alright buttheir fish sauce is bland. The lime and the basil with sprouts comes in a tied up plastic bag. Disappointed with the pho, bland,served with fatty beef. When it was time to pay, the men worker was at the cash. When you finish paying with card, the man wouldquickly click ? DO NOT PRINT RECEIPT? on the interact machine from my side, which was very odd to do. Nice location for pho. It has all you typical vietnamese dishes. Reasonably priced. Taste was amazing! However, I would of... prefered the soup to be much hotter, but flavour wise was great. Read more
The food here is delicious. The price we pay is more than fair for the quantity and quality of the food we are served. The staff... is friendly and know the menu by heart. Feels like a family restaurant; you come out full and your wallet didn't take a bighit. When we got it there was not a lot of people so no waiting time to get seated and it gives the ambiance a very calmfeeling.
