A honest review. I've always enjoyed going to kam shing. We know everyone there and the food is splendid. Before the pandemic... they had this amazing hot sauce which stood out as much as there tea. The owner was always there to keep things the way theyshould be. But since the pandemic things arent what the used to be. Which I understand; nothing is the same anymore. The saucethey now have isnt the original sauce. Theres unfortunately no more tea which I understand too ; there arent as many waiters andstaff. And the food hasn't changed and our waiter humble attitude is still there. All in all it's a wonderful chinese restaurantwhich serves to my taste the best chinese food around laval. But i long the small details in the sauce , soya sauce in packetsinstead of bottle and the warm feeling of a hot tea before our meal because that's what made this restaurant special. Read more

Spent around 70$ , gave cashier 100$ bill, instead of returning me 2 10?s and a 5 so I can tip the server 15$ ( which is more... than 15%) she took it upon herself to give me a 5$ and a 20$ and the rest in 1$ change. They try to play it smart so I am?oblige? to give them the 20$ which btw is a 30% tip on a 70$ tab. I simply took my 20$ and gave them 5$ back than the attitudestarted both with the cashier and server. Pretty sad behaviour considering they tried to take more than they deserve. Lets notforget the instant switch in language when the cashier talks to the server to notify him about the tip. Poor buisness tactic.Wondering how many people are getting robbed like this. Read more

Ordered out this place used to be the best for chinese buffet .we ordered general Tao it used to be the best it was absolutely... bad brown meat all fat the battered chicken look like they were fed up and just toss like no one cares anymore .the Szechuannoodles add a couples of pork pieces not cooked properly one piece was still bloody on one side .u used to be the best now ujust became unexcited and look like I guys have up too bad Read more

Hard to review. Good place for a family to eat at low price and soft taste. For my part i preferred to have my plate with more... taste. But in the same time i may not chose thr speciality. To retry one day. Read more

Really great! I had their yang chow fried rice, general tao, salt and pepper squid. All were really good, portions are gigantic.... Service was quick and courteous. This is my go to Chinese restaurant! Read more
